Welcome to Pet-Dog.com. We are pleased to offer many services and activities to you subject to the following terms of use. In addition, each area of the website may post further guidelines and community standards from time to time.

Pet-Dog.com is not responsible for typographical or photographic errors. Pricing and specifications are subject to change without notice and should there be a pricing error on any product Pet-Dog.com reserves the right to cancel the order.

Pet-Dog.com at its sole discretion preserves the right to change carriers, depending on availibity. However our primary carriers are UPS and FEDEX. We do on occassion use USPS at our discretion. The customer also acknowledges that we ship without a signature required and any claims of not receiving the item is between the Customer and the shipper.

When you agree to these terms you also agree to the same terms on all subsequent orders you may make.

Buyer agrees to the return policy of Pet-Dog.com and you should contact us at 440 310 6311 for any exceptions. For instance. American West products can be returned within 30 days and you should email us to get an RMA Number and address for that return. Other returns on other product lines vary and you need to contact us for information on any specific product.

We do periodic email specials and those that have signed up for our newsletter will receive these notices.
